1、對于鏈條的調整:該調整是在馬達停止之后進(jìn)行的,在兩鏈輪的中間以手指來(lái)壓鏈條,壓縮量一般為4到9毫米之間是標準值,當一旦超過(guò)標準值得時(shí)候就調整惰輪規定緊度。
1. Adjustment of the chain: the adjustment is carried out after the motor stops. Press the chain between the two sprockets with a finger. The compression amount is generally 4 to 9 mm, which is the standard value. Once the standard value is exceeded, adjust the idler gear to the specified tightness.
2、對于無(wú)段變速的更換:無(wú)段變速齒輪箱機油之點(diǎn)檢加油及更換,是要停止馬達,嚴禁煙火得情況下拆掉檢油塞,油剛流出為適當之量,不足時(shí)補充之。

3、長(cháng)期不使用時(shí)的保存:當我們要進(jìn)行長(cháng)時(shí)間的保存而不使用時(shí)我們就可以把各部分的泥土等的物體進(jìn)行沖洗擦拭干凈,各個(gè)回轉部以及皮帶和鏈條等的附著(zhù)的雜物都要完全的而且各回轉部及磨擦主動(dòng)部,充分注油以防止生銹現象的出現。
3. Storage when not in use for a long time: When we want to keep it for a long time without using it, we can wash and wipe the dirt and other objects in all parts. The sundries attached to all rotating parts, belts and chains should be completely removed. All rotating parts and friction driving parts should be fully oiled to prevent rust.
注意事項

一、操作人員使用前應檢查管路系統有無(wú)漏氣漏水的情況,如果有應及時(shí)解決,并建立設備操作維護日志。
1、 Operators shall check whether there is air or water leakage in the pipeline system before use. If there is, it shall be solved in time, and equipment operation and maintenance logs shall be established.
二、設備運行前應試運行,讓設備先空運轉2-3分鐘,檢查傳動(dòng)系統和運輸帶的運動(dòng)是否平穩。
2、 Test run the equipment before operation, let the equipment run for 2-3 minutes without load, and check whether the movement of the transmission system and the conveyor belt is stable.
三、開(kāi)啟浮油排除裝置,因此時(shí)水泵尚開(kāi)啟,水面平靜,排油效果好,待浮油基本排除后停止除油,排油污多利用休息時(shí)間進(jìn)行。
3、 Start the oil slick removal device, so the water pump is still on, the water surface is calm, and the oil drainage effect is good. Stop the oil removal after the oil slick is basically removed, and the oil stain is mostly discharged during the rest time.
四、將待處理的蔬菜等物料要整齊地放在運輸帶上,不能壓在滾輪上,操作時(shí)一定要注意。
